UTC is a utility tool that can be used to convert a Unix timestamp (seconds since January 1st 1970) to a human-readable DateTime format and vice versa. This version (1.1.0) was released in May 2005 and includes support for timezones. It is freeware with source code and is 226,072 Bytes in size.
